Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at OS Tactical Watches. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of shipments, processing may take slightly longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To guarantee the maximum security of your timepiece, all orders are dispatched directly from our inventory in Ireland using reliable, tracked courier networks.

  • Domestic Shipping (Ireland): 2–4 business days.
  • European Union Shipping: 4–9 business days (depending on the destination country).

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Zero Hidden Fees) OS Tactical Watches operates strictly within the European Union. Because all our stock is located in and shipped from Ireland, there are no customs duties, regional tariffs, or import taxes for any delivery within the EU. The price you see at checkout represents the final cost delivered to your door.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can also securely monitor your delivery progress natively via the Shop App.

5. Damages and Lost Shipments OS Tactical Watches is committed to operational excellence. We assume full responsibility for your package until it is safely delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support desk immediately at info@ostacticalwatches.eu with your order number and photographic evidence of the packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund while we handle the inquiry with the carrier.
