2. How do new customer accounts work on your store?

We utilize a secure, passwordless authentication system. When you choose to sign in or access your account, you will receive a secure, one-time verification code via your registered email. This ensures maximum account security and a frictionless checkout experience. You can also securely monitor your orders natively via the Shop App.

3. What is your shipping and order handling time? 

All orders are securely processed and prepared for transit within 1 to 3 business days at our facilities in Ireland. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries within Ireland typically take 2–4 business days, while shipping to the rest of the European Union ranges from 4–9 business days. Full tracking information is provided via email upon shipment confirmation.

4. Do you ship outside the European Union?

To guarantee a frictionless experience without unexpected customs fees or import taxes for our customers, OS Tactical Watches currently operates and ships strictly within the European Union. All our stock is dispatched directly from Ireland, meaning there are zero secondary customs duties or hidden tariffs upon arrival.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

To maintain operational efficiency, orders are routed to our logistics system shortly after confirmation. If you need to request an immediate cancellation before shipment, please contact our support desk at info@ostacticalwatches.eu. If your order has already been dispatched, you can easily initiate a return within 14 days directly through your Customer Account via our self-serve return portal.
