Warranty & Support (Ireland & EU Compliance)
At OS Tactical Watches, we treat timepieces as critical equipment. Every purchase made through our Irish platform is fully protected by the EU Statutory Legal Warranty of 2 years, ensuring your timepiece conforms to standards of quality, fitness for purpose, and description.
Our Warranty Management Your timepiece is backed by the original manufacturer’s commercial warranty. As a specialized platform importing directly from authorized sources, OS Tactical Watches acts as your direct importer and guarantor within the EU. We manage the technical assessment, coordination, and transit with official technical services to resolve any inherent manufacturing defects during the legal 2-year period.
Warranty Exclusions (Proper Use of Tactical Equipment) The statutory warranty covers internal manufacturing and machinery defects. It strictly does not cover:

Water Damage: Damage caused by exceeding the watch's official water resistance rating (ATM / ISO 6425) or failing to fully secure/screw down the crown before water exposure.

External Damage: Shocks, drops, cracked crystals, scratches, or structural damage caused by high-impact tactical use or accidental drops.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any watch opened, repaired, or altered by a third-party watchmaker not authorized by OS Tactical Watches voids this warranty.
How to Initiate a Claim: If your timepiece experiences an operational issue, please contact our technical support desk at info@ostacticalwatches.eu.
Please include your original order number, detailed photographs or video of the issue, and the serial number. Our team will guide you through the process. For verified manufacturing defects under warranty, OS Tactical Watches will cover or reimburse the domestic and intra-EU shipping costs from your home to our facilities in Ireland.
